RestoreCapsLock

Many thanks to dcreager for suggesting this command.

Turns CapsLock back on after it was turned off with TurnCapsLockOff.

**Syntax**

    <RestoreCapsLock>

**Parameters**

    None.

**Example**

        <TurnCapsLockOff>

    <Hotkey F2>
        <SendPC 192.168.1.105>
        <RestoreCapsLock>
